Spēlēs noteikumi ir pavisam vienkārši. Ir dots fakts saistībā Šerloku Holmsu ( no filmām, grāmatām, seriāliem, izrādēm) un spēlētājam jāatbild vai fakts ir patiess vai nepatiess, un jāsniedz jauns fakts nākamajam spēlētājam.
