Pirmā saskarsme ar "Krēslu" bija kino apveidā. Pusi no filmas nevarēju sagaidīt beigas, jo tās saturs galīgi neaizrāva. Vēlā bija labāk, bet filmu tik un tā nespēju augsti novērtēt.

Te tomēr ir runa par grāmatu. Grāmata viennozīmīgi bija labāka par filmu, bet satura izklāstījums piekliboja trūcīgo vārdu krājumu dēļ. Izlasīju ātri un ar interesi. Kārtējo reizi pārliecinājos, ka grāmatas ir labākas un interesantākas.

Otro grāmatu lasīju angliski. Tās saturs ir samērā blāvs un neaizrāva mani tik ļoti kā "Krēsla". Iespējams tāpēc, ka jau pirms šīs grāmatas lasīšanas zināju, kas tur notiks. Iespējams, ka tas arī nav īstais iemesls. Katrā ziņā, man šķiet, ka otrā grāmata ir ļoti ievilkta un to visu varētu saīsināt. Tad mainītos grāmatas būtība un saturs. Piekrītu. Bet, domāju, ka būtu interesantāka lasīšana, ja visu laiku netiktu aprakstīta, tik pat kā, viena darbība, kas iet uz vienu mērķi.

Trešo grāmatu esmu sākusi. Salkanais sižets turpinās, bet esmu apņēmības pilna izlasīt, lai pārliecinātos par dzirdēto.

Kopumā - nedaudz pārāk romantiskā gaismā tas viss tiek attēlots, bet, ja tā nebūtu, tad nebūtu arī "Krēslas sāga".
