In next week there is NATO summit in Latvia so I think it is good time (means free time) to make something about LARPs.

I want to make some seminar about LARPs (and terrain games). It will be in my village (Sece, Aizkraukle Rajons) with lectures and discussions, maybe also with night LARP. I will show some pictures from LARPs in Poland, Czech Republic and Germany.

It will start on friday and finish on saturday. Sleeping on wood floor. Food will be (for free) Entrance also for free. Official language: latvian. If somebody have will to come just write!

Do you have time in friday evening. Last bus to Sece from Aizkraukle is on 18.30. For today it will be on friday. Will start about 20.00. First will be some lecture what LARP is (in generally) for people from Sece whose know nothing about it. It can do someone from you - it will be better because I do not speak latvian very well. During lecture or after will be show of larp pictures from Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, USA and New Zeland. I have also some films from LARPs in Czech Republic. If You have some bildes from your larps let's take it. I am sure there will be DVD player and TV. We can organize projector with big screen but... we do not have laptop (notebook).

After it will be some night LARP, I think... and after LARP tehre will be finish party to Sece people and we will can make exchange of experience. We can also see some films on DVD.

So?

Food we have. Sleeping on a floor. For people whose will do lecture we can pay back money for transport (but they must save tickets).

Yes, some of us could do that. At least we plan to take a portable PC with pictures and movies of Latvian LARP's.
By the way, is there a digital projector?

I think there will not projector... We will have TV and DVD and pictures will be open by DVD. Last time was problem with projector and with it is always risk...

I can show all pictures in JPG format. Film also but in avi format.

Please let me know on mobile phone who will come. Now I have a little problem with internet... So mobil is better.

Why? Do you plan to attack?

Anyways, I presume, it is possible to connect TVset to a portable PC (that is CPU box) and play anything from it. Of course, alternativly, we can write stuff on DVD.

2. I think our weapon is softer because we have many enemies wchose want to prohibite LARP. They say that it is satanism or ocultism. There are usually old women... and they use every arument to fight with us. And one of this argument is "it is dangerous".
